- Place the crockpot on a stable surface and plug it in. Arrange the beef stew meat on one side of the crockpot.
- On the opposite side of the beef, add in the baby Yukon gold potatoes, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Sprinkle the onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and potatoes. Gently toss the beef to ensure it’s well-coated.
- Evenly distribute the chopped garlic over the top of the beef and potatoes. Place pads of butter on top.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once complete, carefully lift the lid and spoon the luscious garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes.
