- Preheat the Waffle Maker for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs until slightly frothy.
- Fold in the diced ham into the whisked eggs.
- Fold in the freshly grated cheddar cheese.
- Spoon approximately ¼ cup of the mixture onto the preheated waffle maker and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cooked chaffle from the waffle maker and cool it on a wire rack.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until all chaffles are made.
