Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes under cold water. Slice cucumbers into ¼-inch rounds and halve cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and tomatoes.
  3. Add mozzarella balls to the bowl and gently fold ingredients together.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic glaze until combined.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad mixture and toss gently.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, toss gently to combine.
  7. Tear basil leaves and scatter over the salad, toss gently to combine.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
