- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of unsalted butter and mix with 2 cups of granulated sugar until smooth.
- Incorporate 4 large eggs one at a time and then add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- Whisk together 1 cup of flour, 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips if using.
