Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter in a mixing bowl. Transfer into a dome mold and press firmly to form a base.
  3. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, melted dark chocolate, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the prepared cookie base in the dome mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt additional dark chocolate mixed with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  6. Remove the dessert from the mold, pour the warm glaze over the top, and allow it to cascade down the sides.
