Step-by-Step

  5. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating an even layer.
  6. Warm the dulce de leche in the microwave until smooth, then drizzle over the oat base, leaving a border.
  7. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the dulce de leche filling and gently pat down.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 23-28 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center jiggles slightly.
  9. Cool completely in the pan for 30 minutes to an hour before slicing into squares.
