Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is uniform in color and fluffy.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk, whisking until it thickens.
  4. Layer half of the peanut butter cookies in a large rectangular dish.
  5. Spread half of the creamy peanut butter mixture over the cookies.
  6. Layer half of the prepared chocolate pudding over the peanut butter mixture.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining cookies, peanut butter mixture, and chocolate pudding.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or chips on top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
