Brownie Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, utilizing water or oil as needed.
- Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh raspberries into the brownie batter.
- Swirl in 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam using a knife or toothpick.
- Press additional raspberries on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until edges start pulling away from the pan.
- Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
