  • 1 box Brownie Mix Ensure it's vegan if needed!
  • 1 cup Water or Oil Use water for lighter texture or oil for moister brownies.
Raspberry Swirl
  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or frozen, thawed and drained.
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry Jam Can substitute with any fruity jam.
Optional Additions
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips For extra chocolate flavor.
  • 1 cup Nuts Walnuts or pecans for added crunch.

Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat an 8x8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, utilizing water or oil as needed.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh raspberries into the brownie batter.
  4. Swirl in 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam using a knife or toothpick.
  5. Press additional raspberries on top of the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until edges start pulling away from the pan.
  7. Let cool in pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
