Brownie Preparation
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box, typically around 350°F (175°C). Spray your baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, combining with eggs, water, and oil until just combined.
- Gently fold in the cup of raspberries into the brownie batter without breaking them too much.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam over the top of the batter in small dollops and swirl gently with a knife.
- Press a few extra raspberries onto the surface of the batter for added flavor.
