Fruity Swirl
  • 1 cup Raspberries Fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Jam Feel free to use your favorite fruit jam instead

  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For serving
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Mix into the batter for extra chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts Walnuts or pecans for added texture

Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box, typically around 350°F (175°C). Spray your baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, combining with eggs, water, and oil until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in the cup of raspberries into the brownie batter without breaking them too much.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam over the top of the batter in small dollops and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Press a few extra raspberries onto the surface of the batter for added flavor.
  6. Bake according to the time recommended on the brownie mix box, around 25 to 30 minutes.
