Preparation Steps

  3. Cut both ends of the cucumbers and slice diagonally using chopsticks for accordion-cut technique.
  4. Place cut cucumbers in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, and massage to release moisture. Let them sit for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Rinse cucumbers under cold water to remove excess salt, drain in a colander, and dry completely.
