Step-by-Step Instructions for Bananas Foster
- Peel two ripe bananas and slice them into thick rounds, about ½ inch thick.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Add ½ cup of dark brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
- Gently add banana slices into the skillet, stirring to coat in the sauce and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
