Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
  2. In the same skillet, add refried black beans and warm over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beans and allow it to melt for about 1 minute.
  4. Spoon a generous serving of the bean and cheese mixture onto a warmed tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it from the bottom tightly towards the top.
  6. Return the rolled burritos to the skillet, seam side down, and cook each side for about 3 minutes.
  7. Remove the burritos from the skillet and slice them in half to serve hot.
