- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- In the same skillet, add refried black beans and warm over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beans and allow it to melt for about 1 minute.
- Spoon a generous serving of the bean and cheese mixture onto a warmed tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it from the bottom tightly towards the top.
- Return the rolled burritos to the skillet, seam side down, and cook each side for about 3 minutes.
- Remove the burritos from the skillet and slice them in half to serve hot.
