  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and homemade croutons. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  2. To make your tortillas pliable, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Warm each tortilla for 15–30 seconds on each side.
