- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breast strips and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and ½ cup of chicken broth, bringing to a gentle simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or Parmesan cheese until melted and incorporated. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Warm whole wheat wraps in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds on each side. Place a generous serving of chicken in the center, drizzle with sauce, and add cheese and parsley if desired.
- Fold the sides of the wrap towards the center and roll from the bottom up. Serve immediately.
