Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by dicing one medium onion and mincing 4 cloves of garlic to enhance the flavor of your Creamy Turkish Chicken.
- Pat dry 4 chicken thighs with paper towels, then season generously with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6–8 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the seared chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for 3–4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
- Lower the heat to medium and sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of paprika and 1 teaspoon of cumin, stirring for about 30 seconds. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet and allow it to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

Notes
Always use freshly minced garlic for the best taste. Let the dish simmer on low heat to prevent the cream from curdling.
