  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Place the sirloin steak in a resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over it, ensuring it’s well coated, and marinate in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, finely diced cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
  4. In another small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and oregano for the lemon vinaigrette.
