Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mint extract, and green food coloring. Mix for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gently fold the whipped topping into the minty cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  4. Spoon the mint filling into the prepared chocolate pie crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies generously on top.
  6. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.
  7. Slice the Grasshopper Pie into wedges and serve on a platter.
