  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 large Eggs one for filling, one for egg wash
Puff Pastry
  • 1 pkg Puff Pastry Sheets chilled

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, thawed spinach, feta, and bacon. Add one egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano. Mix thoroughly until well-integrated.
  3. Roll out the chilled puff pastry and cut into 9 equal squares on a floured surface.
  4. Press each pastry square into the wells of a greased muffin pan. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling into each square.
  5. Beat the remaining egg and apply the egg wash over each pastry top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve warm.
