Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Layered Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
  1. Wash 1½ cups of fresh strawberries, blend with 2 tablespoons of honey and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Combine 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey and a few drops of vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix granola with 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. Optionally add white chocolate chips.
  4. Press the granola mixture into the bottom of the popsicle molds, pour vanilla yogurt layer halfway, and tap to remove air bubbles.
  5. Top with strawberry yogurt mixture, leaving ¼ inch for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  6. Remove from freezer, run warm water over the molds, pull on popsicle sticks to remove and serve immediately.
