Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay the large flour tortillas flat on a surface and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each.
  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on each tortilla and add your choice of toppings.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other and slice into 1-inch thick pieces.
  5. Place the rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, cool for a minute, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
