Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x14 inches.
  3. Layer the provolone cheese, followed by Italian ham or salami, then pepperoni, and finally sprinkle with mozzarella, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Roll the Stromboli like a jelly roll from one long side and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and create small slits for steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
  7. Cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm, ideally with marinara sauce.
