Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 12x14 inches.
- Layer the provolone cheese, followed by Italian ham or salami, then pepperoni, and finally sprinkle with mozzarella, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Roll the Stromboli like a jelly roll from one long side and pinch the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and create small slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm, ideally with marinara sauce.
