Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add ⅔ cup of 2% milk, Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix, 1 tsp of baking powder, and ¼ tsp of salt. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Fold in 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour until no dry clumps remain.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the surface.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
