  • 1 bag White Tea Try substituting with green tea for a unique twist.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For a vegan alternative, use agave syrup or omit.

  • 0.25 cups Lemon Juice Use freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
To Chill and Serve
  • 1 cups Ice Cubes Essential for chilling the drink quickly.

Equipment

  • Kettle
  • pitcher
  • measuring cup
  • Stirring spoon

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling ½ cup of water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove it from heat and stir in honey if using, allowing it to dissolve completely.
  2. Add a white tea bag to the hot water, letting it steep for about 10 minutes until a rich flavor develops.
  3. Once the tea has steeped, add ½ cup of ice cubes directly into the brewed tea. Stir well and let it cool for an additional 10 minutes.
  4. After the tea has cooled, carefully remove the tea bag. In a pitcher, mix brewed tea with 1 cup of guava juice and ¼ cup of lemon juice.
  5. Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined, then fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint before serving.
