- Start by boiling ½ cup of water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. Remove it from heat and stir in honey if using, allowing it to dissolve completely.
- Add a white tea bag to the hot water, letting it steep for about 10 minutes until a rich flavor develops.
- Once the tea has steeped, add ½ cup of ice cubes directly into the brewed tea. Stir well and let it cool for an additional 10 minutes.
- After the tea has cooled, carefully remove the tea bag. In a pitcher, mix brewed tea with 1 cup of guava juice and ¼ cup of lemon juice.
- Stir gently until all ingredients are well combined, then fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint before serving.
