Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth, adding eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and buttermilk.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in the red and green sprinkles carefully to prevent color bleeding.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top and optionally sprinkling coarse sugar or more sprinkles on top.
- Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick inserted into the center.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
To keep the bread tender, do not overmix. Use fresh leavening agents for optimal rise. Cool the bread in the pan to maintain moisture.
