  • 1/2 cup Cooked Chopped Bacon Can substitute with turkey bacon or omit for vegetarian
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Season to your preference
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Chili powder can be a substitute
  • 1 clove Grated Garlic Garlic powder can be used
For Serving
  • Fresh Herbs (optional) Chopped dill or parsley recommended

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Chop egg whites and mash yolks in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth with small lumps remaining.
  3. Mix in the Vegetables: Add macaroni, celery, red onion, green onion, and bacon to egg mixture. Gently fold together.
  4. Whisk the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine Everything: Pour dressing over mixture and gently toss until well combined.
  6. Taste and Adjust: Check seasoning and garnish with additional onions and paprika if desired.
