Preparation Steps
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Spread half of the diced Canadian bacon across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Scatter half of your English muffin pieces over the layer of Canadian bacon.
- Add the remaining Canadian bacon on top of the muffin pieces, followed by the last half of the English muffin chunks.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and frothy.
- Carefully pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in your baking dish.
- Cover the assembled casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the cover from the casserole and sprinkle paprika over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden crust appears.
- While the casserole bakes, gently warm your hollandaise sauce on low heat.
- Once baked, drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
