Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Spread half of the diced Canadian bacon across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Scatter half of your English muffin pieces over the layer of Canadian bacon.
  4. Add the remaining Canadian bacon on top of the muffin pieces, followed by the last half of the English muffin chunks.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and frothy.
  6. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in your baking dish.
  7. Cover the assembled casserole with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Remove the cover from the casserole and sprinkle paprika over the top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden crust appears.
  11. While the casserole bakes, gently warm your hollandaise sauce on low heat.
  12. Once baked, drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
