Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by patting the steak cubes dry with paper towels, ensuring they're moisture-free for a perfect sear. Generously season each side with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes in batches and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the seared steak to the skillet to coat in the garlic butter.
- In a separate saucepan, melt another tablespoon of butter and add more minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and let it simmer. Whisk in ½ cup of Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Plate the steak bites and pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over them. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
