- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C). This temperature is perfect for achieving a bubbly and golden finish.
- If using frozen spinach, allow it to thaw completely and squeeze out the excess water. For fresh broccoli, par-boil the florets for 1-2 minutes until bright green.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crispy bacon, drained spinach or broccoli, minced garlic, ranch dressing, along with the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Mix everything together until well-coated.
- Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with any remaining cheeses.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
