Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a sturdy glass, pour in the elderflower syrup followed by freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix gently for about 30 seconds until fully combined.

  3. Slowly pour the sparkling water over the ice and syrup mixture, filling the glass until just below the rim.
