Step-by-Step Instructions for Green Detox Smoothie
  1. Gather all your ingredients: fresh spinach leaves, coconut water, almond milk, chopped apple, sliced banana, sliced cucumber, lemon juice, and grated ginger.
  2. In your blender, combine the spinach, coconut water, and almond milk. Add the chopped apple and sliced banana. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and grated ginger, then blend for another 15–20 seconds.
  4. If preferred, add ice cubes and blend again for 10–15 seconds until combined.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon slice or chia seeds. Serve immediately.
