Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  4. Gradually alternate adding the dry mixture and buttermilk to the creamed mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
