Preparation Steps
- Start by lining a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Scoop the Greek yogurt into the baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Gently press mixed berries into the yogurt, making sure they are slightly submerged.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
- Once frozen, allow the bark to sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before breaking apart.
- Cut or break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
