Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In the baking dish, combine the rinsed rice, chicken broth, and bouillon cube. Add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, chives, thyme, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and stir the rice. Return to the oven uncovered for another 20-30 minutes until fluffy and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Let it sit for a few minutes, fluff with a fork, and garnish with extra fresh herbs if desired.
