  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes Adjust per spice preference

Method
 

Marinate the Shrimp
  1. Combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and red chili flakes. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
Heat the Skillet
  1. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add olive oil and swirl to coat.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2 minutes without stirring.
Add Honey and Lime
  1. Flip the shrimp and pour in the honey and lime juice. Toss gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until shrimp are fully cooked.
Finish and Serve
  1. Remove from heat, adjust seasoning if needed, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot.
