Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf about 8 inches long and place it into the greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese and optional toppings over the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, checking for a temperature of 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
