- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet or greased loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and dried parsley. Pour in whole milk, and season with salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet or in greased loaf pan.
- Place the shaped meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- While baking, melt unsalted butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley until the mixture thickens.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven after 40-45 minutes and brush the garlic Parmesan glaze over the top.
- Return the glazed meatloaf to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley.
