Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and prepare a baking sheet or loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, panko, eggs, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté minced garlic, and mix in extra Parmesan and parsley for the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
