  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and slice the sweet potatoes into wedges about 1 inch thick.
  3. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl to create a seasoning mixture.
  4. Toss the sweet potato wedges with the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss again.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley on top, and serve immediately.
