Dough Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms, then cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes until doubled.
Muffin Assembly
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Once the dough has risen, deflate it gently and spoon it into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Toppings
- Drizzle more olive oil on top of each muffin, then sprinkle with rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cooling and Serving
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving.
