  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced; fresh is recommended.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth Use vegetable broth for vegetarian option.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Can substitute smoked paprika.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped; can substitute with parsley.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Can substitute with lemon juice.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel the plantains and slice them into 1-inch thick pieces, then set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry plantain slices for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
