Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each cauliflower steak, making sure they are thoroughly coated.
  4. Sprinkle each side of the steaks with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the seasoned cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. After 20 minutes, add shredded cheddar cheese on top of each steak and return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
