- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, melted chocolate, and butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Lightly spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each of the thick slices of bread. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Toast the bread for about 2-3 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Flip the slices and generously spread the cheese-chocolate mixture onto the unbuttered side.
- Place the toast back into the skillet, cheese-chocolate side up, cover, and cook for 2-4 minutes until the chocolate melts.
