Method
 

Grilling and Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets in olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Spread on a baking sheet and roast at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Cook your choice of grains according to package instructions, fluffing with a fork when done.
Creamy Sauce Preparation
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, season, and simmer until thickened.
