- Start by preparing mason jars; ensure they are clean and dry. Begin by placing ½ cup of cooked rotini pasta at the bottom of each jar.
- Generously fill each jar with approximately 1 cup of chopped romaine lettuce, pressing down lightly to stay fresh and crisp.
- Stack sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce, aiming for about ½ cup of chicken per serving.
- Sprinkle about ¼ cup of crispy roasted chickpeas atop the chicken layer for added crunch.
