Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
  2. Coat chicken breasts in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F, and grease the grates.
  4. Grill chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
