  • 2 stalks Green Onion for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine minced ginger, soy sauce, gochugaru, honey, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Slice the skinless pork belly into 1/8-inch thick pieces and add to the marinade with the onion. Stir to coat.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the marinated mixture and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
