  • 1 cup Oat Flour Can swap with any flour except coconut flour.
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 8 ounces Dark Chocolate Opt for high-quality bars.
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt Optional topping.

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a tray with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Make the Filling: Combine pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, fine salt, and liquid stevia in a bowl.
  3. Form Balls: Scoop out the filling and roll into bite-sized spheres.
  4. Melt Chocolate: Break dark chocolate into pieces and microwave until melted.
  5. Coat the Truffles: Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using two forks.
  6. Set and Season: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of each truffle before the chocolate sets.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
