Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into heart-shaped muffin tin and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  3. Carefully pour cheesecake mixture into cooled crusts, filling three-quarters full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are set.
  4. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and chocolate shavings before serving.
  6. Gently remove cheesecakes from tin and place on a decorative platter to serve.
