  4. Create the Soup Base: Pour in chopped tomatoes, courgette, lentils, and vegetable stock. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add Lasagna Sheets: Mix in lasagna sheets and cook for 10 minutes until al dente.
