Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine thawed and dried hash browns with a pinch of salt and press into greased silicone muffin cups to form a crust.
  3. Whisk together large eggs until frothy, stir in cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and spinach until well coated.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into each hash brown crust, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Place the filled muffin cups in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and eggs are set.
  6. Remove from air fryer and cool for about 5 minutes before gently popping out of the silicone molds.
